Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and [Operator legal name — owner must edit] (“JeepsBook”). They also act as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the JeepsBook website and any JeepsBook app, whichever app store you obtained it from. The app store provider is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or older where local law requires) and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and do not share or sell your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@jeepsbook.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

JeepsBook has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not post, send or list anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence against anyone;
• is hateful or discriminatory based on protected characteristics;
• is sexually explicit, exploits minors in any way, or is gratuitously violent;
• promotes illegal racing, dangerous driving, trespass on closed trails, or unsafe recovery practices;
• is fraudulent, a scam, a false or misleading listing, stolen or counterfeit goods;
• shares someone’s private information without consent, or impersonates others;
• is spam, malware, or infringes intellectual property;
• misuses SOS / recovery tools or sends false emergency requests.

Content is filtered automatically and reviewed by moderators. Every post, comment, listing and profile can be reported from its menu, and any member can be blocked, which immediately hides their content from you and stops them contacting you. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content, and suspend or permanently ban users who post it. See also our Community Guidelines.

4. Your content and license to us

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant JeepsBook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, secure and promote the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for legal or safety reasons or content others have already shared. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

5. License to use JeepsBook

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the JeepsBook website and app for your own non-commercial use (business accounts may use it for their business), subject to these Terms. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service or its security, or access it with automated means without permission.

6. Safety, vehicles, trails and SOS

Off-road driving is dangerous. Information from members (trail conditions, builds, mechanical advice, recovery tips) is informational only and may be wrong. Verify mechanical, legal, safety and access information yourself. The SOS feature connects you with other volunteers and is not an emergency service: in an emergency always contact local emergency services first.

7. Marketplace

JeepsBook is not a party to transactions between members. Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspections, title and ownership checks, payment safety, shipping, taxes and compliance with local law. Never send payment outside channels you trust.

8. Paid features

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, trial terms and refund rules are shown before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk, with or without notice where the risk requires it. You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting support@jeepsbook.com.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JeepsBook disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for member content, member conduct, trail or vehicle outcomes, or marketplace transactions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by [Governing law / jurisdiction — owner must edit], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving consumers of protections under their local law.
